Lawrera runs a law firm's front door.
Enquiry to signed engagement, in one system.
The problem
A law firm's first hour with a new client is the most expensive hour it sells and the one it is least paid for. Quotes are written from memory, research starts from a blank page, contracts are read by the most senior person in the room, and the pipeline lives in three inboxes. [One paragraph from Jonathan on the firm or firms the platform was built with, if any may be named; otherwise delete this bracket and keep the paragraph above.]
What was built
Lawrera puts the whole front door in one system with one login. Ten tools, each doing one job: quotes in minutes from the firm's own rate card; research that returns the answer with the source cited; contracts reviewed line by line with the risky clauses marked; a pipeline that keeps itself honest, so a matter cannot sit unanswered without someone knowing. [Confirm the ten tools by name, or leave the four above as the public list.] Built and owned by Tempra; firms use it under licence.

Which elements did the work
Pressure. The scope was written around the ten jobs and nothing else, which is why it shipped. Hold. The contract review sat in testing against real documents until it stopped missing what a partner would catch. Test. Struck under a full week of live enquiries before the first firm relied on it.
What it does today
[Two or three sentences from Jonathan with only true numbers: how many firms, how many quotes or matters a month, what it replaced. If no numbers may be published, one sentence: "In daily use at [n] firms in Malta."]
