What we collect, why, and how to make us stop.

Updated [DATE]

The short version

  1. We collect what you type into our forms and the concierge, and the basic technical log every website keeps.

  2. We use it to reply to you and to run the site. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising profiles.

  3. Our analytics are cookieless, so we do not track you across sites.

  4. You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted by emailing info@temprahq.com.

  5. The controller is Tempra Ltd, Malta.

Who we are

Tempra Ltd, registered in Malta, [registration number], [registered address]. Contact: info@temprahq.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form and demo requests: name, company, email, your message. To reply and to arrange the session or demo. Kept for [24] months after our last exchange.

  • Ask Tempra (the concierge): the questions you type and, if you give it, your email. To answer, and to follow up if you asked us to. Conversations are kept for [30] days. Questions are sent to a language model provider to generate the answer; [PROVIDER, from the build] processes them under contract and does not train on them.

  • Findability check: the URL you give us. We fetch that public page to run the check and we do not keep its content.

  • Technical logs: IP address, browser, pages requested, timing. To run and secure the site. Kept for [30] days.

  • Analytics: aggregate page views and referrers with no cookie and no personal identifier.

Replying to you and arranging what you asked for: steps before a contract. Running and securing the site: our legitimate interest. Anything else: your consent, which you can withdraw.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, our email provider and the model provider for the concierge, each named here from the real build: [PROCESSORS, Tier B fills from the stack]. All under data processing agreements. Data may be processed outside the EU only with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection. Email info@temprahq.com. You may also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
